SHREDDED BEEF AND BLACK BEAN NACHOS

Cheerful First day of May!! I can't accept the time has flown by so quick and 2013 is as of now a third finished. You may have seen an absence of DIY extends around here, and that is on the grounds that I've been appreciating a little break from beginning any enormous ventures. I do have one not too far off however, yet more on that later!

Meanwhile, I've been getting a charge out of setting aside the effort to prepare and cook, which is the reason you've been seeing such a large number of plans recently. I love to cook, and to make or adjust plans – it brings me such delight to hear somebody reveal to me that they adored something I cooked for them. Since the new name is tied in with following your heart, or your "happiness" I am doing only that. The activities will continue right away. *wink*

Since it's Cinco de Mayo this end of the week, I thought it was the ideal time to impart to you a simple Mexican hors d'oeuvre or feast (at my home we eat this as a dinner with a green or natural product serving of mixed greens as an afterthought!).

Destroyed meat and dark bean nachos! Make a simple Mexican dinner or nibble with only a minutes and a couple of fixings. The ideal nibble for Cinco de Mayo!!

The fixings are straightforward, and all that's needed is minutes to put together.
