Omelette Grilled Cheese

The following development in breakfast sandwiches is at long last here - and it's basically lovely!

Fixings
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup red ringer pepper, slashed
1/4 cup cheddar, destroyed
1/8 cup green onion
1/4 cup bacon, cooked and slashed
1/4 cup spinach, slashed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cuts sourdough bread
2 tablespoons margarine
3 cuts colby jack cheddar

Guidelines



In a blending bowl, include beaten eggs, peppers, cheddar, green onion, bacon, spinach, salt and pepper. Blend until joined.

Cut out the focal point of the bread cuts, leaving just the outside layer.

Warmth margarine in an enormous nonstick dish. Spot bread cuts in dish and fill each piece with egg blend. Cook around 3 minutes and flip. Cook an extra 3 minutes. Add cheddar to 1 cut of bread. Top with residual cut and spot a cover over the skillet to soften cheddar. Expel from warmth and serve.
